What happens when potato chips cross borders…

In China, we can buy Lay’s Potato Chips. Here’s what we can get:

“Chinese Favorites” Flavors: (Not Kleinert favorites.)

  • Beijing Duck – Sure enough, if it tastes like a duck…
  • Shacha Chicken
  • Five Flavored Fish – Oddly, the most appetizing of the Chinese favorites. Remniscent of BBQ.
  • Spicy Crab – Yup, spicy and crabby.

“International” Flavors:

  • Swiss Cheese
  • American Classic
  • Italian Red Meat
  • Mexican Tomato Chicken
  • Kyushu Seaweed
  • French Chicken
  • Texas Grilled BBQ – Because Texas is its own country.

“Cool” Flavors:

  • Green Tea – Not sure if it has a very high amount of antioxidents. Crunchy, though.
  • Cucumber
  • Lemon – Very lemony…enough lemon to trigger a migraine in some people.

Oh, and if you’re in a mood for Cheetos we have three flavors available:

  • Japanese Steak
  • Mild cheese
  • Corn-flavored Bubble Balls
