We went on a tour of a local factory. They make a crunchy rice cake-type snack from sweet potatoes. They’re delicious!
Even though the snack is not an indigenous food of the Tujia minority, they are used as the marketing logo on the packaging. The only connection is that Tujia people grow a lot of sweet potatoes in this area.
