Sour Cream
1/2 cup COLD real whipping cream (nonsweetened)
1 tsp. white vinegar
Stir together and serve chilled.
Here’s our sour cream on-the-go. I was looking for something to keep it cool on the way to a friend’s house. It turns out that the local bakeries sell their cakes in styrofoam containers. So, for the price of a couple of my favorite egg pies, I got a free carrier. Just add an icepack and we’re off!
