INGREDIENTS
- 3 tomatoes, chopped (12 tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion (2 onions)
- 2 serrano chilies, finely chopped (choose any pepper)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (1 bundle)
- 1 teaspoon salt (salt to taste)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.
