The problem with going to the market later in the day is that all the wonton wrappers are sold out. Recently, we gave dumpling wrappers a try.
Step 1: buy a bazillion dumpling wrappers for 2?
Step 2: place wrappers on cookie sheet.
Step 3: Bake in a hot over for about 2 minutes.
Notice that the dumpling wraps “puff up like a puffer fish.” (as Hubs would say)
Step 4: Dig in. The dumpling wraps are a bit crunchier than the wonton wraps.
