While out on a play date, I took these photos around town.

These silk worms were a hot item. My friend tried to explain why they were so fascinating. “Because they make silk! They make silk!” But I obviously didn’t seem to get it.

These ducks sold for 1?each. That’s an awesome 14 cents.

Schäfer was completely unafraid. He stuck his hand in and started pulling ducks out by their heads. Thankfully, no harm was done.
Yammie, you know I was thinking of “Sam, the duck”.

The bookstore is always busy on Saturday mornings or holidays. Guess we won’t be perusing this aisle.

This handmade stroller was so sweet.

I can’t tell you enough how much I enjoy your blog. I love how you are able to capture the most amazing glimpses of everyday life there. The little chicks are both cute…and a little disturbing. What does one do with a baby chick. Never mind, I probably don’t want to know, do I?
These pictures are amazing! I love when ya’ll (I’m from South Ark even though I live in North Ark) take “street “pictures. I love seeing other cultures in their “everyday” life.
Wow, Sandra, he is so big now… I hadn’t come around your blog in a while… ya know, had a baby and all.
Anyway, Schafer is such a big boy… I can’t believe the changes!
