Hubs mentioned that we’ve been having some CPU issues. Basically, we’ve been using too much processing power. Sometimes different themes use different CPU amounts and it seems that in our latest theme upgrade, we selected a theme that had a great CPU usage.
I loved that theme. So clean. So simple. So zen.
Because of my love for our previous theme, I’ve having a hard time getting use to way things look right now. Everything is too… chunky.
Here’s a conversation I had today with Tech Support:
Me: I don’t understand CPU. If this Chunky Theme has the same CPU problems, can we go back to Zen Theme? All this talk about CPU makes me think about CPK (California Pizza Kitchen) and that is making me so hungry.
Hubs: Imagine a sumo wrestler coming to a buffet at CPK. Well, that what Zen Theme was doing to our web host. Zen was coming to the buffet everyday for lunch and eating too much. CPK can’t stay in business with sumo coming for lunch.
Me: I could go for a Jamaican Jerk Chicken or a Pear & Gorgonzola on a honey wheat crust right about now.
Well….if it eats like a Sumo wrestler, looks like a Sumo wrestler….lol
