		<description>we have blonde sugar here that is cane sugar, so we use that for everyday stuff vs. the white. then we have &#039;chancaca&#039; which is a absolutely raw, unrefined, completely unprocessed cane sugar with a strong molasses flavor (with the dark color too). Usually sold in big bricks you have to grate or break up, but I&#039;ve found a place in the jungle where I can get it granulated. It packs like brown sugar and is definitely a healthier option as it has the same nutritional and medicinal properties as honey. Good post!</description>
