Grazing

Schäfer woke me up this morning with a loud “Moo! Moo!” When asked what he was wearing, he replied, “A cow bell.”  (That would be a race car attached to his mouse ears.)

For quite some time, we’ve been offering Sianna small chunks of food that she can pick up herself. And for quite some time, she’s grabbed the food, squeezed it in her hand, and screamed until we fed her.

I don’t know if it’s because we’ve been eating tons of loquat (Sianna can down 3 and still scream for more), but today Sianna grabbed her loquat chunk and decided to feed herself.

Big girl!

I think someone’s going to have a great time with their birthday cupcake in just 2 days.

Schäfer’s imagination never ceases to amaze me. Awesome! And Sianna is growing up so fast – it’s so exciting to see her take steps like this! Can’t believe her first birthday is only a few days away!?

The grazing gets serious at 17- Josh eats small amounts ALL day long. Still a bean pole though! Your children are so adorable. Miss you all.

Love Schafer’s imagination, at least he knows cows wear bells under their necks in a herd…thanks to the dairy trips…Sianna will be able to pick up macaroni and cheese if she can get some from Schafer!! I’d better stock up! Nanamaw

    Hey Sandra!

Thanks for your last comment on my blog. As you know, we are chasing papers like crazy at the moment! We are filing the I600a. It was easy to fill out, we are now waiting for our social worker to type up our home study and I’ll be able to send it in. I’m also gathering everything for our dossier. I’m glad I like doing all this paperwork stuff. If not, it would be a drag!

    Take care,
    Jen
