Rainy Friday Fun Night


We had a bit of a strange Friday night because Hubs was home + it was raining so we declared it a Family Fun Night. Schäfer cashed in his “blessing points” for a Thomas movie. Hubs had a hankering for Olive Garden’s soup & bread sticks so the menu was easily set.

On Saturday morning, Schäfer requested Mickey Mouse pancakes. Apparently, they are my specialty. I had some wonderful helpers in the kitchen.

Mickey pancakes are simply a big spoon full of batter in the middle with two small spoonfuls of batter for the ears.
