INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 (7 ounce) can tomatillo salsa (1 cup salsa)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt (regular salt)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (lemon juice)

The problem with going to the market later in the day is that all the wonton wrappers are sold out. Recently, we gave dumpling wrappers a try.
Step 1: buy a bazillion dumpling wrappers for 2?
Step 2: place wrappers on cookie sheet.
Step 3: Bake in a hot over for about 2 minutes.

So we only achieved a 5 layer dip, but it was so delicious – I had to share.
SEVEN LAYER DIP
1 can (16oz.) refried beans
1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce (skipped)
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp. sliced pitted rips olives (skipped)

INGREDIENTS
8 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 cup mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup dried onion flakes (fresh onion)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon paprika
8 slices white bread
DIRECTIONS
