INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup butter (1/3 cup oil)
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 6 extra large muffin tins or 12-15 medium cups.
3. Beat the eggs with sugar, mix with flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and milk.

Combine before putting on heat:
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons baking chocolate
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs
2 cups milk
STIR constantly for 15 – 20 minutes.
When the pudding begins to thicken add:
2 tablespoons butter (Still tastes fine without the butter, but add it if you have some.)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Keep stirring until thick.
Makes 2.5 – 3 cups pudding.

1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup water (we don’t recommend this)
1 cup quick-cooking oats (double)

1 cup packed brown sugar (double)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder (double)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (double)
1/2 cup butter, melted (double)

I like oreos. There’s something about that dark chocolate with a vanilla cream that just hits the spot. Why not make oreos from scratch?
And so we did.
Homemade Oreos
Makes 25 to 30 sandwich cookies (or 8 to 10 honkin’ sized)
