 INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

A simple enchilada sauce. I use it in place of the tomato sauce in the chili relleno casserole to add a little kick.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons self-rising flour

This spaghetti sauce is super easy and it makes a generous amount. We also use this recipe for lasagna.
