Fruit Cobbler



1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup shelf milk
4 cups fresh fruit

1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. sugar

1. Place fruit in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. (I prefer a 9″ round.)
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients well and pour over the fruit.
3. Combine 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbs. sugar. Sprinkle over the top.
4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) or until lightly brown on top.

Here you see some pretty tart plums ready to go in the oven. Delicious!

This recipe is so great because you can use any fruit. We’ve used: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, plums, bananas!, peaches, etc.
