In India, “Chai” literally means “tea.” Indian Chai is a fragrant, sweet and milky mixture that tastes great.

COMBINE:

1 cup water 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon black tea 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I don’t like ginger snaps, but I love these ginger cookies.

SOFT GINGER COOKIES
